Basic Life Support Instructor (BLS-I)

Service Description

This blended learning instructor course combines online content with an in-person session for individuals seeking to become Basic Life Support instructors. BLS instructor courses include an online essentials component, followed by completion of the in-person session (approximately 8 hours). After the in-person course instructor candidates are offered additional shadowing, training, and development opportunities. Instructor course prerequisites include: - BLS provider level certification - Completion of online instructor essentials - Access to all relevant provider level course materials - Access to all relevant instructor level course materials Successful participants will receive a Basic Life Support Instructor certification and a Basic Life Support certification both valid for 2 years.
