The On X Dynamics Public Safety Foundation is a nonprofit public safety organization dedicated to strengthening communities through education, preparedness, emergency response, and service.

Our mission is simple: give people and organizations the knowledge, skills, resources, and support they need to respond when it matters most.

We believe lifesaving education should be practical, accessible, and built around the challenges people face in the real world. From individual students and community members to healthcare professionals, first responders, businesses, and public safety agencies, our programs are designed to create confident and capable responders.

Training That Makes an Impact

Education is at the core of our mission. On X Dynamics provides hands-on public safety and emergency medical training across a growing network of training locations, through onsite programs, and through online education.

Our programs range from First Aid, CPR/AED, Basic Life Support, and bleeding control to advanced education in wilderness medicine, tactical medicine, emergency preparedness, disaster response, instructor development, and specialized public safety topics.

We place a strong emphasis on scenario-based education and practical skills—not simply completing a course, but preparing students to use those skills under pressure.

Supporting Public Safety

We believe strong communities depend on strong public safety organizations.

Through our Training Center Program, we partner with fire departments, EMS organizations, community organizations, and other agencies to expand access to professional training while supporting the organizations that serve their communities every day.

Our foundation also works to develop resources, education, and programs that help volunteer and career public safety professionals remain prepared for the challenges they encounter in the field.

Emergency & Disaster Response

Our mission doesn't stop in the classroom.

On X Dynamics continues to expand its emergency services capabilities to support communities during emergencies, disasters, severe weather events, and other incidents where additional resources may be needed.

The same philosophy guides both sides of our organization: prepare before the emergency, respond when needed, and serve where we can make an impact.
